This class uses adjustable kettlebells to add a fun and effective strength training class to our schedule! The kettlebells can be 5, 8, or 12 lbs. and can be easily adjusted during class to meet you where you are. We offer this class in a 35 or 55 minute format to fit even the busiest of schedules. We may also use fabric resistance bands in this class for lower body work-but weights and props are always optional.
