Bb vinyasa is your classic vinyasa flow, with options to add play and/or challenge to your practice. We use ujjayi breath to generate heat within the body and connect the body's movements to your breathing. We do allow inversions and armbalances in this practice for those who are familiar with them and desire to practice them safely. If you'd like more information about any inversion or arm balance in class, please ask your instructor afterwards!
