About the Class

In this class, we use the movement of asana as a foundation to explore the many dimensions of yoga. Expect to be led through classic Hatha-style sequences (always presented with modifications) along with meditation, dharma talks, and conversation. Each session is meant to move both mind and body, while fostering an environment that helps students connect more deeply with their own practice.
