Yoga Studio

You know
the poses and their categories; you have an established inversion
and backbend practice. You take Level 3 because you know it will
meet your expectations in terms of challenge and excitement. Yet
you also appreciate the joy and wisdom in going back to the
beginning, to the Fundamentals. At this stage, it’s about learning,
re-learning, re-integrating, going back through the levels and
layers to see what can be bolstered, what can be
deepened.

Welcome to Sweetbay Yoga: an inclusive, supportive, outgoing place
to explore wellness on many levels. A yoga studio, an events space,
a warm community gathering place. Our groups are easy to get to
know & easy to be known in. At this time, you must be fully
vaccinated to attend in person classes. See our schedule to view

Due to the constantly changing nature of Covid, we are unable to offer ANY refunds or transfers for class passes. If the In Studio option becomes unavailable for a short time, there will be many Zoom options for you to attend. Our goal is to provide both in person and zoom options for all classes, as often as possible. We appreciate your understanding. It has been challenging to keep our business open throughout this period, and we know it’s been challenging for everybody - in so many ways.
