Yoga for Inspiration! A simple practice to restore mind, body and spirit. Come for the centering and go or stay for as long as your schedule allows. 5-10-min of guided breath (pranayam) 20 minutes simple, lubrication movement , 10-min of postures (asana) “work” or slide right into 8-10-min extended sweet savasana (rest). Option for Q&A and reflection after savasana. Good for all levels and all mobilities. Participate LIVE OR receive class recording via email to access all week. Chair or mat.
