Yoga Studio

A light hearted, fun and welcoming mixed level class that
encourages students to try new things on their mats. Expect
creative sequencing, laughter, and inspiration. Discover the true
potential of your body and mind as there are opportunities to
invert and arm balance in every class. In playtime we take our
practice seriously without taking ourselves too
seriously.
