About the Event

Join us for an intentional flow designed to help you unwind and reconnect with your breath. In this 90-minute class, we’ll begin with a slow vinyasa flow to gently warm the body and build awareness through steady, accessible movement. We’ll then transition into a sound meditation with crystal bowls to support deep relaxation and help the nervous system settle. This practice is open to all levels and is designed to leave you feeling grounded and restored.
