I have thoroughly enjoyed being a member of WSYS! I joined initially with the goal of strengthening my core, however, I gained so much more. I am now stronger, more flexible, and more mindful.

We are a community-centered
studio offering a variety of classes curated for every practice and
accessible to every body. We honor and celebrate the 8 limbs of
yoga and its history, creating a practice centered on inclusivity,
wellness, and holding a safe place for personal growth. Our yoga
studio has enjoyed being a part of the Takoma Park area for almost
30 years.
