Our Aligned Vinyasa 1 class offers a low-key, balanced practice centered on breath-based movements. Students can expect an extra-long warm-up; a leisurely-paced practice that builds strength, flexibility, focus, and calm; and extra attention to breathing and meditation practices. This steadying practice benefits students of all levels, including beginners, but is not suited for students with acute injuries. This class meets in person.
In-person Class Policies Please check in at Front Desk upon arrival. We encourage our community members to stay up-to-date with all vaccinations, including Covid boosters. You are always welcome to wear a mask; masks are available at the front desk. Please do not come to class if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness. If you are testing positive for Covid, please join us online until you test negative.
