About the Class Strength & Length focuses on core stability, length, and mobility, all while weaving in the foundational Pilates principles of breath, control, precision, and flow. This all-levels class is designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re a beginner or refining a longtime practice. Expect intentional movement, mindful breathwork, and guidance in every session. Strengthen from your center Lengthen with intention Feel the difference About the Instructor: Jess is a certified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor, sports nutrition coach, and wellness advocate on a mission to make Pilates more accessible and inclusive for every body. Her journey with movement began as a way to reconnect with herself and now she helps others do the same. Jess blends classical Pilates with contemporary flows that focus on alignment, breath, and functional strength. Her classes are intentionally designed to support all levels, offering modifications and challenges that meet students where they are. She believes Pilates is more than a workout, it’s a tool to build confidence, body awareness, and long-term strength. Jess is also the founder of In Good Health, a wellness brand rooted in the belief that taking care of your mind, body, and spirit is the foundation for living well. Through her teaching and her brand, she aims to create a welcoming space for people to feel strong, seen, and empowered in their bodies. This class meets in person on Wednesdays from 6:30pm-7:30pm.
