This all-levels class is designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re a beginner or refining a longtime practice. Expect intentional movement, mindful breathwork, and guidance in every session. She blends contemporary and traditional styles to create dynamic classes that cultivate awareness and stability. Her energy is grounded and down-to-earth. Her intention is to help others reconnect with their bodies and find moments of peace through mindful movement. Ginny’s philosophy is shaped by years of travel and global community-building. Beyond the mat, she hosts immersive retreats and community events rooted in dance music culture, guided by her belief that true wellbeing lives at the intersection of practice and play.
