This class features traditional yoga poses and functional movement to take us gently beyond habitual patterns while we regain a healthy range of motion, flexibility and strength. We leverage various facets of breath with dynamic and static postures to enhance the effectiveness of the overall practice while building body awareness, reducing stress and steadying the mind. Poses progress and can be adapted for more or less intensity as desired. This class is most appropriate for students who have some understanding of basic asana poses. This class meets online.
