Yoga Fundamentals offers a strong introduction to anatomy, yoga postures, breathwork, meditation, and yoga philosophy. You will learn more about your movement patterns and discover more ease, strength, and freedom in body and mind.

You are always welcome to wear a mask; masks are available at the front desk. Please do not come to class if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness. If you are testing positive for Covid, please join us online until you test negative.
