In our level 1-2 classes, we incorporate a range of asana poses, pranayama, and meditation. Classes will include energetic, philosophical, and spiritual approaches also. Clear and precise directions will be offered to support your strength and flexibility in your body and mind. This class is most appropriate for students with at least a basic understanding of and experience with these practices. This class meets in person.
In-person Class Policies We encourage our community members to stay up-to-date with all vaccinations, including Covid boosters. You are always welcome to wear a mask; masks are available at the front desk. Please check in at Front Desk before your class. Please do not come to class if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness. If you are testing positive for Covid, please join us online until you test negative.
