Target all major muscles groups in a variety of ways. We utilize a mix of free weights, resistance bands, med balls, stability balls and BOSU balls. It is suited for everyone to a beginner to a fitness fanatic- as you set your own goals for how hard you want to push.  Resistance training does more than just make your muscles stronger- it can also boost your metabolism, improve your posture and mood, and much more.
