About the Class

Give yourself the downtime needed to quiet the mind, find a sense of peace, and stretch your body.  Yin Restorative yoga, appropriate for all levels, is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing. Class is a mix of restorative yoga combined with yin yoga which will allow you to experience a rejuvenating and restful practice. Warm up muscles, build strength, and gain flexibility while focusing on specific stretches to release tight shoulders and neck as well as hips and hamstrings. Several supportive props will be used in poses to invite ease, stillness, and release of held tension.
