Sara has a passion for health and wellbeing. She loves to move; dancing and athletics has been a part of her life since a small child. As a professional nurse (RN BSN) for over 35 years she brings her knowledge of physical and nutritional health to the mat. She believes that the integration of body alignment combined with mental and spiritual awareness and a practice of personal exploration is key to a fulfilling yoga experience. Passionate about helping people Sara believes “Yoga and Pilates, if practiced to its full potential, can enhance every aspect of one’s life”. Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) 200 & 300 and Pilates Mat I certified, Sara enjoys teaching and practicing Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Pilates.
