Always love when I can make one of Amanda’s classes. She is always chill AND on top of things! She has so much knowledge and her energy fills the room. She also keeps it nice and hot and can tell if it’s feeling too chilly and not juicy enough. She tends to the temp as well as each student, building relationships quickly with each student including myself just knowing their energy and their body structure and what needs to happen or not in some postures. She is wise, intuitive, and fun. I wish I could make more of her classes!

Welcome back Dayne! Missed you! Dayne kept the class hot, juicy, and fun! Haven’t been in a few weeks and it was just what I needed. 2 other women in the locker room commented on how nice the class was and how much it was needed too. Dayne controls the room temperature to keep it nice, hot, and humid while making it fun! Great energy today in class, my friend Micheal came with me and has had a few classes and said it was the most fun class he has had, maybe one of the hottest but he loved that part as well and said he will be attending most Thursdays from now on! Met another student today that introduced herself to me and said how excited she was to take his class again. He truly makes for a great experience for not just me but so many other yogis :)
