Prana Ashtanga is an hour long practice of set sequence based on primary series of classical Ashtanga Vinyasa. After Sun Salutations A and B students can expect to spend time in each pose, working on refining alignment and exploring the subtleties of the body. The class will generally include standing poses, seated poses, inversions, and backbends, with an emphasis on building strength and stability while maintaining a calm and focused mind.
