Playground CLUB!

About the Class

Welcome to playground, Funky friends!    Playground has alllllll the things you love about our Funky Buddha classes-- and a little more!  In this 75 minute class format, we'll be on a journey to explore, demystify, and find success for all in a chosen theme or set of poses.  You can expect creative movement patterns, LOTS of skills and drills, intentional warming, activating, and stretching related to the chosen focus, special props to support your play, and a little extra time and space to ask questions and connect with fellow Funky Buddha buds and teachers.  As with all Funky CLUB offerings, Playground is included in Funky Buddha monthly memberships. Others can join using their class packs or purchasing a drop-in cost of $30.
