I first discovered yoga around 2005 through a friend. It did not take long for me to embrace the practice of yoga and it quickly turned into much more than a good way to get some exercise, and I quickly began practicing multiple days a week. Over the next few years, my love and passion for Yoga and what it can do for all of us grew and grew.Inspired by several great teachers, I did my Life Training and Yoga Instructor Training through The Yoga Shelter in 2009, and while life unexpectedly took me in a different direction, I have taught classes off and on since then. I find that Yoga, no matter what twists and turns my life has taken, has been my constant, and something I always fall back to.During The Covid-19 Quarantine days, I was drawn back to teaching yet again by my wife who proclaimed, “if I’m going to be locked in my house with a Yoga instructor, we better start doing yoga”, and Yoga yet again found its way back to me, and I began reengaging with my practice and teaching classes.
