All Levels. Designed to help you reach your connective tissue by holding postures for 2-5 minutes. This is a practice for any level of student who really wants to balance out their vinyasa routine and increase their flexibility. Done from the comfort of your home.  It's helpful to have yoga props like a blanket, strap, bolster and blocks.  Many household items can be used instead.
