The Hot 90 Plus builds on the Original Hot 90 series with an optional 2nd set variation explained clearly by the instructor. Students can choose to do the variation of the 2nd set, or simply do the regular 2nd set of each pose they are accustomed to. In this class you can discover new range of motion, new flexibilty, balance and strength. Clear verbal instruction and demontrations are given throughout the class. If you are beginner student, we recommend that you have experience of at least a few Original Hot 90 classes before coming to Hot 90 Plus, so you have a basic understanding of the original series.
