Thank you for such a beautiful experience! This was my first Kundalini class and I loved it.

Our Ashram is a
warm and welcoming community of people from various traditions,
backgrounds and interests. Yoga at the Ashram, located on the
Ashram property, is a yoga studio space where many people come for
yoga and meditation classes, community gatherings, workshops and
teacher training. Our primary
practice is of the Kundalini Yoga tradition, which includes
movement (asana), breathwork (pranayama), meditation, mantra, and
sound healing. We also offer other yogic practices, traditions and
healing modalities.
