This class is a 90 minute hot class. We do the 'regular' 90 minute postures the first set and for the second set we offer variations. It is up to you whether or not you want to try the variations. Some variations are more challenging than our regular hot class postures, and some you may find easier or more accessible. It is imperative that you take care of your body, challenge yourself and have fun but, do not push past your edge. The teacher will demo postures and there is music in this class.
