

Looking to find balance in your body and mind? In Vinyasa you will find energy, calm the mind, build strength and improve flexibility! You will experience linking a constant flow of poses using the breath. During class you can expect to start close to the earth grounding your mind and body, flow up to hands and knees, make your way to your feet for standing poses, and end with a cool down and savasana. All levels are welcome, previous knowledge of yoga poses is helpful. This heat will be 90 degrees plus in the studio.
Please bring water, yoga mat, and sweat towel. At one hour prior to class start time there must be 2+ people registered for class, otherwise class will be canceled. You will be notified of cancellation via text and email. Studio doors will be locked at the start of class time. If you are late for class, you might not have access.
