

Strengthen your core and tone your abdominal muscles with a quick 30 minute low impact class using yoga poses. No previous yoga experience required, all levels welcome.
Please bring a yoga mat and water. At one hour prior to class start time there must be 2+ people registered for class, otherwise class will be canceled. You will be notified of cancellation via text and email. Studio doors will be locked at the start of class time. If you are late for class, you might not have access.
