Special Instructions

As you are making your booking, please know this will be sent as a 'request'. We will get you a confirmation as soon as possible following this booking request.  Please note the following policies. By completing your booking and making your deposit, you agree to the following: Financial Policies 1. Deposit. $250 is due at the time of Booking. “Booking” is when the time and location are confirmed and the deposit is paid. 2. Refund Policies.  2a. Your deposit is 100% Refundable within 24 hours of booking or if we are unable to book and confirm a time and location suited to your needs. 2b. $50 is non-refundable after a time and location is confirmed. 2c. 50% is non-refundable within 48-24 hours prior to the event start time. 2d. 100% is non-refundable 24 hours prior to the event start time. 3. Remaining Balance. If you have a remaining balance beyond your deposit, this will be due within 48 hours following your event.  3a. The minimum fee is $250 for up to 15 people. After that, each additional person will be $25 each (up to $400 max). 3b. Other fees may apply if hosting on location or have special requests. All will be reviewed in advance. 3c. Remaining Balance Due will be made in a single payment and charged to the payment method on file. Liability Waiver All participants will be required to sign a waiver upon arrival. If you have any minors, they will be asked to have a parent signature in advance- details and form will follow in your confirmation email. Terms and Conditions Reschedule. You are allowed 1 reschedule opportunity with a minimum 48 hours advance notice.  Instructor Flexibility. We will do our best to match you with a preferred instructor, but are limited to their availability. If there are changes after initial planning, we will notify you of any instructor changes. Unexpected closure. In the event that we have to unexpectedly cancel the event due to a studio or instructor emergency, we will notify you asap. You will have the opportunity to reschedule or receive a full refund. Consent to Contact. You authorize KPower Yoga and their affiliates and designees, to contact you by email, text message or telephone.  Photo Release. Unless indicated upon arrival, I agree that KPower Yoga and their affiliates and designees may photograph or film me and the event and use of any and all such photos, video footage and/or video streaming for promotion, sales, publicity and advertising purposes for all media, including, but not limited to, the internet. Studio Rules. I will comply with all the rules and regulations of KPower Yoga when on site.
