Reserve a 60-minute private yoga therapy session with Robin Tardy, experienced yoga and meditation teacher, somatic educator, integrative holistic coach, and yoga therapist in-training.   What is Yoga Therapy?  Yoga Therapy is a personalized, holistic approach to wellness, tailored to your needs and goals.  Each session blends the following modalities: therapeutic yoga, meditation, training the mind, personal development, Ayurveda, breathwork, and neuromuscular re-education (somatics).   Common issues addressed: - Stress, anxiety, and overwhelm - Chronic pain or muscle tension (back, pelvis, knees, shoulders, neck) - Sleep concerns - Fatigue - Injuries from overuse - Pregnancy & postpartum wellbeing - Life transitions - Purpose & core values alignment   Private yoga therapy sessions include: - Discussion regarding health conditions, wellness goals, concerns, and lifestyle. - Intake assessment and goal setting - Individualized plan with recommendations, practices, and treatments to support your goals. - Practices include yoga postures, somatic exercises, breathwork, and stress reduction techniques.
