

Who: New to yoga or returning after a break? This class is for you. What: A slow-paced, accessible introduction to yoga that focuses on foundational poses, breath awareness, and body alignment. Benefit: Build confidence and comfort in your practice while gaining strength, flexibility, and calm.
Thank you for booking a class with AIMwell! Our studio is fully equipped with everything you need for your practice, including mats, blocks, and other props. We also provide water to keep you hydrated. Feel free to bring your own mat or water bottle if you prefer. Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes early to settle in and ensure a smooth start to your session. If you have any questions or special needs, don’t hesitate to let us know. Doors will be locked 5 minutes after class starts.
