It is designed to be a full-body workout that incorporates strength, balance, and flexibility. Children naturally possess abundant physical and mental energy. Adults, on the other hand, are often overburdened with day to day responsibilities that leave them feeling a lack of energy and little or no room for their own personal growth. Kung Fu for Adults and Children strives to balance this equation by bringing adults and children together to practice kung fu. With drills designed to develop the agility of a monkey, the strength of a tiger, the speed of a mantis, the balance of a crane, the steadiness of an archer, and the heart of a dragon, Kung Fu for Adults and Children helps students, both big and small, to establish a self directed mindset and a timeless commitment to achieve their personal best. Special clothing is not necessary, but athletic shoes and loose fitting pants are recommended.
