join Briar Rose for an all levels,
astrologically-informed yoga practice to harness the energy of the
stars and season and ground our cosmic consciousness in
present-moment awareness. this 90-minute class will incorporate a
ceremonial container setting, vibey lights and music, fluid and
accessible flows, breathwork, meditation and supported rest to
deliver a fun and meaningful movement experience.
all bodies are welcome to join us! wear clothes you
feel comfortable moving in, bring any crystals, natural or magical
objects you’d like to offer to our land or charge on our shared
altar space, a journal and writing implements if you like.

co-working campus with a vibrant collective of local artists,
practitioners, businesses and affiliates. We offer
beginner-friendly yoga classes every day, with sliding-scale
drop-ins and memberships, host community events, trainings and
workshops. We are an LGBTQ-owned business and strive to be a
BIPOC-affirming space. All bodies are welcome here, from all walks
of life and experience. Wherever you are on your journey, from the
deeply committed to the simply curious, we are here to support you
in finding your practice.
