Barre is a low impact class that incorporates dance warm ups and yoga set to fun music. It uses a variety of movements from Pilates, Yoga, and Ballet. This class is designed to tone, slim, and stretch your entire body. This full body workout uses a fixed ballet barre and small props, such as light hand weights, pilates balls, and resistance bands. The class incorporates stretching segments between each strengthening series to help lengthen your body and increase flexibility. All levels are welcome.
