A class with options in many of the postures in order to make it your class. If you’re feeling more active take the more challenging option. If you’re wanting a more relaxing class take the stepped down option. This class is great for learning to listen to your body. Focus inward and do the practice that is best for you rather than what the person on the mat next to you is doing. All levels are welcome.
