Essential Yoga Studio

Are you yoga-curious? Don’t think you have a “yoga body?” Looking for something to better support your physical and mental health? OR MAYBE you’re an experienced practitioner and you’re looking for your yoga home… either way, we’ve got your back (and your front!)! Yoga means different things to different people, but at its most essential, it means union. It means finding connection with yourself, your breath, your teacher, your community, and your world. So whether it’s your first time on a mat or your thousandth time in crow pose, when you walk into Essential Yoga Studio, you are welcome because we are one. We offer a variety of in-studio and virtual yoga classes with emphasis on movement, balance, and intention to help align the body, breath, and mind. Our events and trainings prioritize bringing folks together for community and connection and, sometimes, a deeper dive into an aspect of yogic philosophy or dynamics we may not get to tap into in an hour-long class.
