Using a chair as both a seated platform and stable support for standing and balancing poses, this accessible class combines seated and standing yoga postures with breathing techniques and mindful movements, allowing students to build strength, flexibility, and balance. Modifications and additions are provided to make the practice as challenging as you'd like! Whether you're new to yoga, managing physical limitations, or simply seeking a supportive practice, this class welcomes all bodies and abilities! (Open Level)
