About the Class

Cultivating mindfulness through meditation can help improve our overall wellbeing and physical and mental health. Shifting our thoughts away from our usual preoccupations, meditation opens the door to an appreciation of the moment and a larger perspective on life. We are then able to achieve a greater sense of awareness, wisdom, introspection, and a deeper sense of relaxation. Your instructor will lead you through a 30 minute guided meditation.
