About the Class

This class is a strong vinyasa flow that will challenge endurance and strength with longer held postures. Expect intermediate movement and poses, with modifications offered to meet you where you're at. This active Yang style class will be complemented with the practice of Pranayama and Meditation to fully restore the mind and body. This class is open to everyone, although we recommend 6 months prior yoga experience before joining. (Intermediate)
