In this traditional Hatha Yoga class, we’ll explore foundational postures with the added support of props like blocks, straps, blankets, and bolsters. These props will help you deepen your practice, improve alignment, and increase accessibility, making it easier to find balance, flexibility, and strength. The class focuses on mindful breathwork (pranayama) and alignment, with a slower pace to allow for detailed instruction and proper technique. Expect to hold postures for longer periods to cultivate awareness and stability. Perfect for all levels, this class provides an opportunity to cultivate awareness, deepen stretches, and build stability in both body and mind in a calm and nurturing environment.(Beginner/Open Level)
