The heart of this asana practice is to feel at home within your body. To feel free to move, express, and experience in ways that feel attuned to your truth. Franca intentionally guides a slower paced practice with the aim to create space to fully land into shapes and to bring active attention, presence, and curiosity to one’s experience. Sequences will be dynamic, strengthening, and work to expand one’s range of mobility. One can expect classes to include various forms of pranayama (breathwork), sound play (such as humming), meditations, and invitations for self-inquiry.
