About the Class

This practice will begin with gentle movements and stretches to clear your mind and release any tension or holding in your physical body. These gentle movements will prepare you for the deeply relaxing and restorative practice of Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra translates to yogic sleep, and this guided meditation technique takes you through the various layers of the body, energy body, mind, and emotional body to help release tension and induce a deep state of relaxation. The entire Yoga Nidra meditation is done in a reclined and supported Savasana position. Wear comfy clothes, and bring an extra blanket or two! *No yoga experience is needed*
