Instructor
River Rock Yoga & Pilates
Logan began sharing her practice in 2022 after earning her 200 hour certification through River Rock and Dragonfly Yoga Studies, though she first felt the call to form a deeper, more regular practice when the world approached unchartered territory in 2020. You can expect her classes to include moderate level flows with an emphasis on core work paired with intentionally crafted musical landscapes to drop you deeper into your body so that you can connect all the more sweetly to your inner landscape and with your higher Self. For Logan the musical journey has been just as important in her healing, as it’s always been a key component and invitation to drop further into her body, allowing her to navigate the inner landscape more at ease. With this knowledge, she creates space to encourage intuitive, somatic movement within her classes, reminding students to listen to and feel into their body while offering reverence for their sacred vessel.Recognizing the powerful healing nature of music, she took it a step further and received her Sound Therapy Certification through Swan Michelle in 2024 and incorporates sound healing in her classes, whether through a carefully curated playlist or various Tibetan or crystal bowls during savasana. Her evening classes especially evoke a sense of inner wonder as she incorporates subtle but calming visual components in a dim but warmly lit environment. Along with the literal infrared warmth, her classes will be sure to have you dropped so deeply inward and leave you feeling transported. “The more we can root ourselves in the present moment, into the body, the more intentionally (and, I believe, compassionately) we can work with our higher mind when we come to meditate. Which is ultimately where our yoga practice leads us. Back to your Self. through yourself. Over and over again.”
