About the Class

Gentle Flow- A slower paced class for days when a more nurturing & relaxing practice is desired.  This is a slow flow class which generally stays close to the ground and focuses on mindfulness, mobility, and being kind to our bodies. It is great for anyone interested in improving flexibility and reducing stress. People who are brand new to yoga may find this class particularly welcoming and easy to follow. Modifications are given for different bodies and abilities & props are available for you to honor your body as you calm your mind.  If you need more time to slow down and care for yourself, this class is perfect for you.  No experience necessary! Appropriate for all levels
