Sherika Fernando is the owner and director of Purusa Yoga. She is a certified and registered yoga instructor. Sherika brings to Purusa a Bachelors Degree in Psychology with a minor in Biology from the University of Montana. In addition, she is a certified Reiki Master. Sherika's instructor goals are for you to experience becoming in tune with your body and to become connected spiritually and to nurture your physical & emotional well-being. Sherika is excited to bring this safe place for healing based upon a loving foundation to Missoula to help you strengthen your mind, body and spirit connection.
