Anna is delighted to be sharing her holistic yoga practice with the Missoula community. She is 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified and trained in multiple styles of yoga including hatha, gentle, yin, restorative, and vinyasa. She is also trained in a more unique and traditional style of yoga called Kriya, which she peppers throughout her classes. These kriyas are ancient Himalayan meditation techniques designed to awaken different types of energy. Anna believes that yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, body, or ability and cultivates a welcoming and lighthearted environment for everyone in each of her classes. When you take her class you will walk away with your physical, mental, and energetic body feeling nurtured. Anna cultivates a welcoming environment for anyone who walks into her classes, regardless of experience or ability. Each of her classes nurture her students’ physical, mental, and emotional body while the atmosphere remains light and fun. She primarily teaches gentle and hatha classes, and she also includes ‘Kriyas’ which are ancient yogic practices designed to awaken different types of energy in the body. Anna firmly believes that Yoga is for everyone and hopes to see experienced yogis and newbies alike in her classes!
