Slow down, soften and surrender.  Yin yoga invites you to explore stillness through long-held, passive postures that gently target the deeper layers of fascia, joints and connective tissue.  This meditative practice offers space to release tension, cultivate inner awareness, and restore energetic balance.  Ideal for all levels, Yin is a perfect way to reconnect with yourself.  This class will be heated to 85 degrees.
