Rooted in Eight Limbs, Atha Vinyasa is breath guided flow intricately crafted by each teacher. Staying true to their lineage, each instructor brings years of experience sequencing a class including pranayama, asanas, and meditation techniques. Expect elements from Hatha, Ashtanga, Kalari, as well as mobility work (FRC: functional range conditioning) and powerful breathing exercises. Modifications and advancements are offered for each level of practitioner. The room is heated to 95 degrees.
