Purna Yoga East,
located in the heart of downtown Clayton, is housed in one of
Clayton's historic brick buildings. Originally the first bank of
Clayton in 1905 it was repurposed as Clayton's first yoga studio in
2009.  Serving Clayton for over ten years now Purna Yoga East
welcomes YOU.
We offer fun,
safe, body positive and inspiring yoga classes seven days a week
for the beginner as well as advanced student of yoga. We're not
about yoga fads or fashion but teach intelligent classes that will
offer YOU a sustainable practice that you can do for YOUR entire
life!
Purna Yoga East's
certified yoga instructors have years of experience, advanced
trainings and are here to help you. The instructors teach each
class with you in mind, offering clear accurate and supportive
guidance.
If you're working
with a stiff sore back, a cranky shoulder, discomfort in your
knees, wrists or hips, Fibromyalgia, anxiety, exhaustion or stress
we're here to assist you so let your instructor know.  The
instructors at Purna Yoga East are knowledgable and trained to
modify poses just for YOU.  You will be well cared.  If
you're coming to class to relax, stretch, strengthen neglected
muscles, meditate, sleep better at night, feel happier in your body
and life then your at the right place. We're here for
YOU. 
Need a massage?
Two board certified massage therapist who also teach yoga offer
therapuetic and relaxation massages with convenient weekend
appointments available.

Three month commitment, renews automatically. Cancel after initial three months in 30 days written notice.

New Silver Membership!&nbsp; Enjoy 6 yoga and/or meditation classes per month and there after pay only $12.50 per class!&nbsp; Receive 10% discount on all retail items and a 10% discount on all in-house workshops taught by your favorite Purna Yoga East staff members.

Silver Membership

When you purchase your 5-weeks Just for Beginners Course pass you have unlimited access to all the currently scheduled Just for Beginner Courses, Level 1, Level 1-2 and All-level classes at Purna Yoga East.  Come to class as much as your schedule permits; meet all the instructors at the studio and get the most of your pass. The 5-week pass activates upon your first studio visit to class. Join any time.

Just for Beginners 5 weeks course

This pass is for people who live in the area and want to experience all the studio has to offer or are a returning Purna Yoga East student who hasn't taken classes with us in the last 12 months. 

You will have access to all studio classes that are at an appropriate practice level for you.  Your pass activates after you attend your first class at Purna Yoga East.

Meet our instructors, enjoy the beautiful space, and feel the gift of a yoga practice not only in your body but in your life!

Our studio is fully equipped and we clean the mats after each class.  You are welcome to bring your own if they are clean and free of pet hairs.
We ask that you refrain from wearing strong scents and heavy perfumes.  
Mask are optional.
