Deep Stretch

About the Class

Deep stretch focuses on flexibility, and is suitable for all levels, including beginners. It includes active and passive stretches that target the muscles and the long fascia lines. You hold most poses for 1-3 minutes while relaxing the mind and body. It is an excellent complement to some of the more strength-based yoga classes. You do *not* need to be flexible to take this class. This class will help you develop flexibility.  Please register early. If the class has no students registered 1 hour before start time, the class will be cancelled. If you can't attend class, please remember to cancel your registration prior to class.
