This class focuses on flexibility though passive stretches. Poses are held for three to five minutes to target the connective tissues. Deep breathing is encouraged. Sound and guided meditation helps you find your center while seeking your edge in the poses. Props and modifications make this class accessible to all levels. Please register early. If the class has no students registered 1 hour before start time, the class will be cancelled. If you can't attend class, please remember to cancel your registration prior to class.
