A vinyasa style flow where you link body movement with breath to create a dynamic flow of poses, including strength, balance, and stretch. Modifications are offered throughout every class, and extensive guidance is given to help your body find the poses. The class is suitable for all yogis who are looking for a vigorous practice. May we learn to find our breath and center in every challenge. Please register early. If the class has no students registered 1 hour before start time, the class will be cancelled.
